I am clueless about fixing all things car related. Scott, his wife, his son and crew always give me the “real” information that I need to keep my truck running smoothly at all times. The price is very reasonable. They are wonderful! This car has to last. Currently on 169,999 miles.
I always feel confident that my car will be taken care of and I will not be overcharged or charged for unnecessary repairs.
Novato Auto Service is reliable. Scott and crew will analyze your car's condition and inform you clearly if there are issues or it is time to check certain aspects of performance. They will clearly explain and promptly take care of each issue that will keep you running smoothly. It is good to know you can trust…
Always great service at a fair price.
Incredible same day service! And my car was in dire need of TLC
NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. I was alerted via text with the results of the service and the estimate for repair which I was very easily able to sign via that text link. Very convenient! The price was very fair and the staff…
This shop was excellent! I was able to drop my car off Sunday night, they checked and did everything I asked. I got a text with link to a quote of the work they were suggesting and I was easily able to approve it. They were timely and professional. I will definitely take this car back and other cars to them! Special…
Have been honest and haven’t had any issues with the quality of their work.
I would highly recommend this shop. Great service, honest and reliable!
Thorough servicing of my car and correction of oil leak. Also explanation of what to be aware of in the future, as I have an older car. Job well done.
We love doing business at Novato Auto Service. They are good folks. They do good work and I trust them. The first time we brought our car to Scott we thought we had a serious problem. Scott checked it out and test drove it and explained that it was a simple thing. Fixed it and didn't charge us. He made up customers for life.
On-time and under budget.
Very pleasant experience. Scott got my car in and diagnosed quickly and kept me up to date on service needed. Repairs were done quick as well. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Great work. Good service and price.

Scott and his crew are top notch. They are knowledge, reasonably priced, honest and look beyond the problem. Be i feel great supporting this family business.
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
5/4/21: additional car repairs were needed on my car. Scott made all the necessary repairs. Great service, pricing and mechanic! I trust him with all the repairs on my car. My car's A/C wasn't cooling. Scott refilled the "freon?" again. This has happened before. Scott did a thorough test to try and find the…
Scott is the best! Dependable, professional, trustworthy and affordable. Would highly recommend!
They got done what the dealer does, for half the price. I like local businesses anyway. Thanks !
