I am clueless about fixing all things car related. Scott, his wife, his son and crew always give me the “real” information that I need to keep my truck running smoothly at all times. The price is very reasonable. They are wonderful! This car has to last. Currently on 169,999 miles.
Excellent. Good job at a fair price.
I always feel confident that my car will be taken care of and I will not be overcharged or charged for unnecessary repairs.
Years and years of top notch service and custom care. Highly recommended.
Always great service at a fair price.
Incredible same day service! And my car was in dire need of TLC
NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. I was alerted via text with the results of the service and the estimate for repair which I was very easily able to sign via that text link. Very convenient! The price was very fair and the staff…
Scott and crew at Novato Auto Service are top notch. Brought my car in around 10 am ( routine maintenance & inspection). And it was finished by the end of the day. Another 5 star experience!
It's about trust: that the diagnostics are accurate, the work done to a high standard, the price reasonable, and the whole process open and transparent. Over the past decade, I've come to trust Novato Auto and Scott Kaplan for all levels of work, major and minor, on our two cars. Highly recommended.
Have been honest and haven’t had any issues with the quality of their work.
Honest, quick service, and competent pricing!
Great place to service my class C RV!
Great work. Good service and price.
Scott, Wife, and Son are a great family business who listens to their customers car issues, repairs them in a timely manner, are polite and fair. Scott takes a lot of pride in his work and is a great Car Mechanic along with his son with many years of experience. We were extremely happy we went to Novato Auto…
The best in the biz. Thank you Scott!
Quick & reasonably priced. 👍 2nd time having my 08 Subaru serviced here & will keep coming back.
I have been taking my cars here for more than 12 years and have always had excellent service. I trust them completely and their prices are very reasonable.
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
As always, Novato Auto dealt with issues of my 2001 Dodge, Dakota, in a timely, professional manner. I have never had an issue with the crew or workmanship of this awesome and honest auto repair shop. They are an asset to our community. We have been loyal customers for many decades... and they very loyal to us. Highly recommend!!!!!
I I’ve been going to Scott for 12 years. He’s the best! Reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
