I previously had a check engine light on that I’ve delayed which seems it might be the catalytic converter, or oxygen sensors, both are pretty expense. When my car wouldn’t start you could imagine I was worried as hell — I was getting take out across the street from his shop, when it happened and I was able to…
Thank you for the car you gave my car, your extra support and communication is truly appriciated.
NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. I was alerted via text with the results of the service and the estimate for repair which I was very easily able to sign via that text link. Very convenient! The price was very fair and the staff…
Scott and crew at Novato Auto Service are top notch. Brought my car in around 10 am ( routine maintenance & inspection). And it was finished by the end of the day. Another 5 star experience!

I got a text with link to a quote of the work they were suggesting and I was easily able to approve it. They were timely and professional. I will definitely take this car back and other cars to them! I have been taking my cars here for more than 12 years and have always had excellent service. I trust them completely and their prices are very reasonable.
Scott and his team are honest, smart, and will let you know what, exactly, needs to be done. I keep going back when needed.
Took my RV here for an overall mechanical inspection and had a tune-up, fluids changed, filters changed, cleaning of A/C mechanicals, new brakes. All done quickly and for very reasonable rates. Great communication.
As always, Novato Auto dealt with issues of my 2001 Dodge, Dakota, in a timely, professional manner. I have never had an issue with the crew or workmanship of this awesome and honest auto repair shop. They are an asset to our community. We have been loyal customers for many decades... and they very loyal to us. Highly recommend!!!!!
