Fantastic place! Great counselors, staff and community. The CEO Mason is also heavily engaged with Patients and makes himself available for urgent situations. It’s a great mix of therapy, fun and social interaction that has helped me tremendously!! The weekly Yoga, outings and bi-weekly Sound Therapy are also very nice additions to the curriculum.

Wow. I can’t praise this place enough. Novu has been such a pillar in my recovery. I graduated over a year ago but I’m still a part of the alumni group. These are some of the best people you’ll ever meet. So much support and love. I’m so happy to have found Novu !!!

This organization literally changed my life! The staff is not only knowledgeable, empathetic, but literally amazing 🤩. I wanted to run 🏃 out of there the first day and it’s okay if you feel the same way. If I had, it would’ve been the worse mistake. I’ve grown so much and am forever grateful. If you are lost, struggling or just looking for connections, this is the place. Thank you so much, Mason, Brittany, Ebony and Ashley, and everyone I’ve had the pleasure to meet!

Novu was absolutely essential in getting me back into a stable place in my life. Can't really imagine a better place to go if weekly therapy isn't working

It is easy not to see how depression is stealing your life away and I thought I was coping okay after the death of my husband. But it was noticeable to my co-workers and my boss. They helped me see that I was easily frustrated, quick to anger and not myself at all. And deeep down I knew it, too, but told myself time and meds would help. But it wasn’t helping. A lifetime of poor mental health habits had caught up to me. I was telling myself that I would probably never be happy again, that I would just survive, alone, for the sake of my family. Novu changed all that. Through their classes, the group therapy, the one on one counseling and with the help of their wonderful, caring staff I slowly came to realize the many ways I had sabotaged myself all my life and that there was a healthier way to process my thoughts and feelings. I learned about all types of mental health issues, like anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorders, ADHD, etc. But most importantly I learned strategies for coping with my own issues—and how to deal with toxic people in my life. Now I’m back at work, loving my job again, and looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me. Novu has been the best healthcare experience I have ever had. The people there embraced me, made me feel valued and treated me with kindness and respect and loved me through my darkest days. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They have a well rounded and comprehensive treatment center that has helped, not only me, but so many others. And it doesn’t stop when the treatment is over and you “graduate.” There is a strong community of the many other graduates that frequently communicate and gather to support one another. I no longer live in darkness, now I have hope back and am learning to live this new life I was thrust into, but now I know how to help myself heal.

This place saved my life. They taught me how to reset my coping mechanisms and boundaries to a point where life is good again. It's a great program. You must be comfortable with diversity, because they do have it. It's a very caring environment for all.

This place had literally saved my life (2024 time frame). I was a broken human being.... This is embarrassing for me to publicly admit but I was really really sufferering at the point in time.... and didn't have any real life coping skills a couple close friends but nothing nearing a "proper support network" .... A best friend of mine was get married .... I was making really really (questionable) decisions...., I literally felt like everyone and everything was out to get me... (spoiler alert!!! I was suffering from delusions / paranoia... Tin foil hats for those of us who are old enough to remember the reference...) anyways, I felt like no matter what I did nothing would ever be enough.... despite my education.... loving family.... I'd be stuck in a meaningless deep dark hole of depression for the rest of my life. I think went to Novu around mid May (24) and I can say after all this time after graduating .....my life is absolutely incredible.... I spent time with my family yesterday, they noticed a massive change change in my mood!!! (from years previous) This place absolutely saved my life and I'm eternally grateful for it. If you're researching places to seek help... Novu Wellness is wonderful. I can't say enough about the staff... The experience literally saved my life and I'm eternally graful for this program and the network / tools it gave me. My life is in such stark contrast, compared to what it was.... So..thank you Novu... Words cannot describe the impact you've made in my life. I look at my life now in late November 2024 and I'm absolutely brought to (joyful) tears. My life is awesome. Ive been going to the gym (nearly) every day for the past three weeks. Life for me is skyrocketing towards another unknown dimension and I couldn't be happier 🖖
