Novus Glass of Rifle is great! Had Safelite cancel on me last minute, and took my car straight to Novus and they repaired my rock chip on the spot in minutes. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all my auto glass needs!

I had an incredible experience with Novus Glass in Rifle today. The guy in the office (Sorry I didn’t catch his name!) was amazing—he took all my insurance information and handled the entire claim process quickly and efficiently, making it completely hassle-free.My technician, Alex, went above and beyond. I initially just needed a rock chip repair, but Alex noticed my rearview mirror was loose and took the time to tighten it perfectly. He also saw that the front safety camera housing (the "radar" camera box at the top of the windshield) was loose and securely reattached it for me.It is rare to find a team with this level of professionalism and attention to detail. Alex and the front office took care of the extra things just because they needed doing. Friendly and professional…I highly recommend them!
