Customers frequently praise technicians for punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication regarding pest treatments, often noting that staff are professional and knowledgeable. Some reviews highlight effective control of specific pests like mosquitoes and ants, as well as the use of non-toxic products. However, low-star feedback indicates issues with property damage, missed interior service obligations, and poor follow-up on scheduled appointments or requested calls.
