After 20 years away from the gym and dealing with nagging chronic back and knee pain, I finally committed to a change at NRich Fitness. Training with Santiago has been a game-changer. Three focused 45-minute sessions a week, zero wasted motion. He blends the PT know-how with excellent coaching that sticks. I move better, feel stronger, and the pain is gone. The staff is sharp and welcoming, the vibe is friendly, not intimidating, and the results speak for themselves. If you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign. Go!!!!

Even from the very beginning, my experience with this gym has been a good one. Onboarding is easy and the costs are incredibly reasonable. The team is really friendly. I signed up for training sessions --I do two a week and have really enjoyed the progress I've made. My trainer Zac always does an excellent job explaining the exercises and proper form. Regarding gym equipment, even though it's a smaller gym, they have everything you could need to get a good workout in! Also, the gym is always clean (important to me as I am a freak about germs). I would definitely recommend this gym!
