He did an amazing job helping me with not one house but two. The first house inspection was done so well I had to use him again when I had to switch houses. He gave me a fair deal and was very thorough for the price. He did all of it with a smile and a friendliness that made it feel like you could ask plenty of questions without getting in his way. He gave me extensive coverage of problems and things I would need to do down the road, and even clear suggestions on how things should be done or how I could improve the property electrical, ventilation, and plumbing. He answered all my questions and helped me make informed decisions that helped me in negotiations as well as what to do after purchasing the house I chose.
I haven't had any problems with anything after the fact. The report was prompt and helped with purchasing. He takes plenty of pictures. He indeed gets on the top of the house and other hard-to-reach places and gets all the information you might need. I recommend him for any and all home inspection needs and would gladly give him my business again were I to need it! I only regret not posting this sooner.
Price assessment: Great price

Hey I greatly appreciate these comments. I hope you the best. We try hard but things can happen owning a house after and there are limitations. I certainly put the effort and know how important this is to you. Blessings and the best going forward. Bobby

Bobby and his inspection service on a recent home I purchased was excellent! He was thorough, communicative, and insightful. Ultimately, he saved me some money on the home by pointing out things that needed to be fixed and/or replaced. I highly recommend Nspection360!
Bobby did a great job for us and his inspection was very thorough. It helped us tremendously with getting the appraisal of our house within a price range that we could afford and also have renovations done. I highly recommend him.

I appreciate this very much. Best of luck and all going forward
I am so happy that I did my research on local inspectors and was able to find Bobby. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail to make sure I was able to understand everything he had done during the inspection of my home. He was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond for me. I can't thank Bobby enough. I highly recommend his services.
