this is the place to have videos turned into a keepsake item should your device stop working. walmart offers this service but it costs more and you will find the employees completely clueless about it and are of no help.
nu images was fast simple and easy. i got my stuff back in a week. i told some family members about them and now they are digging through some of their stuff they want to take to nu images for them to transfer over.
NuFangled Images is amazing. They transfer all your precious memories to be easily watched and stored. You can choose DVD’s or a Memory stick. Super easy process, great service and turn around time. I highly recommend NuFangled Images. A++++++
NU Fangled transferred my old 8mm family tapes to digital, and I was blown away by the results. I saw family members and moments I had never seen before, which meant so much to me. I have used Nu Fangles images on multiple occasions to digitize old home movies (on multiple formats) and photos. I have also sent friends to them for their projects. They are very professional with fantastic customer service! Will definitely be using them again.

I just had 18 VHS tapes digitized at Nu Fangled. Grace did a fantastic job. Some of the videos were from 1984.
So glad I found them. I did not want to mail off my family VHS tapes to someone I had not met in person at a respectable location.
I highly recommend this company. Grace was so helpful and customer friendly.

Had a short home movie on VHS that they were able to digitize same day. Definitely the best value I could find in NWA and the turnaround time was just icing on the cake.
TLDR: BRING YOUR STUFF TO THESE PEOPLE! I am blown away by the customer service, cost, and quality of product.
My siblings and I decided to "borrow" our mom's VHS home videos so we could have them digitized for her for Christmas. I read reviews online and decided to go here.
Just a couple days after drop off, I received a text that my USB drive and tapes were ready for pick up. I also was given a price that seemed too low based on the prices on their website. I asked about it and was told that they found a couple videos that were just TV recordings (which they didn't charge me anything for) and had given me huge discounts for a couple tapes where the tracking wasn't very good.
I picked the USB drive and the tapes up this morning and just plugged the USB into the TV and got YET ANOTHER surprise: each file was named with the year first followed by short titles of each part of the tape (e.g. "1993 - John B-Day; Kelsey B-Day; Easter; Church and Dad's"). Everything is so easy to find!
I wish I had more stuff to digitize or convert into a different format, because I would love to send these people more business. :D
