Jeff came to our home to do a bees and wasp job for a nest that was attached to my chimney, and this guy did great. The treatment was only done once, and I haven’t had problems with bees and wasp till this day very respectful guy and informative with his job thanks nuborn great service from this tech
This is the 2nd time I have came across this guy name Jeff and he is a very respectful and informative person with his job this time he came to my apartment for a drill and pump service and he did a nice job and cleaned up afterwards thanks Jeff

Jeffrey came to my apartment for à rodent service and he did great OMG!!! I live here in the Bronx this guy came and waited for the super to even come to make sure the job gets completed 100% and afterwards he even took out all the mice droppings from my kitchen great service

UPDATE: it has been DAYS and they are still not responding to the contractor so he can finish the job of giving me a subfloor! They came in 2 days late, sprayed the chemicals on the floor and we’re supposed to follow up with the contractor which apparently never happened?? so I’ve been living in an open pit that now smells of chemicals with no floor going on a full week I have termites. Joel gave me his information to contact him because I was having issues with my management company (shock). He advised that we rip up the floor so he could see the extent. The next day the floor was completely removed leaving me with a literal pit. He then completely vanished. He cannot be convinced to get back in touch, the company was supposed to have a member of their management team get back to me, nothing. I’m pretty certain they blocked my number from going to reception because I only get an AI bot and voicemail when I call. This is shocking behavior for a company that apparently has great reviews. Horrible service. The techs pound on the door like they're trying to break it down, yell, and then bolt down the stairs before you even have a chance to answer. If you're going to bother showing up, at least give people more than two seconds to get to the door This isn't just me either, multiple other residents in the building have had the exact same experience. At this point it feels like they're just showing up to check a box, not actually treat the units.

I am very happy with their fantastic service especially representative Jaiden. Jaiden idenrified 4 new rodent nests and treated all nests and strategically placed four poision controlled traps on my property and four on my neighbor's by their garbage can stand.
