I got a huge bill from Missouri for late taxes and fees, but Cassie was able to find the discrepancy so quickly and get it filed for me to where I owe nothing & actually am getting a refund. She was so kind and reassuring the whole time, I cannot recommend her enough. 10 stars if I could

Y’all Cassie has taught me so much about taxes in one day than what I’ve learned in over 20 plus years in my adult life. Taxiety (anxiety due to taxes) is a real thing. But setting with Cassie and her explaining rules, regulations, and tax brackets makes the math - Math! First time ever learning something worthwhile when it comes to taxes! By the way- they help senior citizens too!

I don't know how you feel at tax time, but I just freeze up and hope it all goes away. Of course it never goes away on its own, and my avoidance only makes the stress worse. Thankfully, this year I found Cassie and Numbers Don't Lie Tax Prep. I felt at ease the moment I walked into her office. I could tell from her tone and patience with me that she had my back. She helped sort out all the details from my haphazard collection of papers. And she found deductions I didn't even know were available. After the whole process was done, I told Cassie it was too bad I hadn't known about her in previous years, but figured she couldn't have helped me anyway since I had been living in a different state then. Nope! Turns out she is certified in all 50 states and meets with clients virtually all the time. So I could have been benefiting from her services all along!

People, when I say that this tax place is probably the worst tax place in Kansas City. Missouri, that ever experience in my life when I say that there is 0 professionalism I absolutely mean that this lady that runs the company goes by. The name of Cassie. See is in there improperly, doing people's taxes. She's increasing numbers on people's fees and pretty much downright robbing people out of their money. She personally did my taxes clicked on a couple of boxes in which she wasn't supposed to click on Now I turn around and I owe the r s over five thousand dollars because of a mistake. Does c m and I also went through the process of going through the IRSPersonally, myself to try to get the matter taken care of because of a mistake that she made and she refused To admit her mistake once the IRS TRY TO REACH BACK OUT TO HER TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE. SHE ALSO REFUSED. Now I am in debt of five thousand dollars because of a rookie mistake that she doesn't wanna get taken care of..... I would not recommend her to my dog if he had taxes. And I also recommend the IRS to investigate this business establishment For review and audits to see how many people has suffered under the hands of her abusing the federal tax system. And I also recommend that goes to jail For decimation of funds.... sincerely and very upset client of hers

Cassie Moore and Monica Bonds were just absolutely amazing and incredible! They are beyond personable. I can not stand going into a business were they make me feel like I’m just here because I need something but rather we need each other and that’s what it feels here! I love how genuine these girls are! Come check them out and is completely recommended!
