I was fit into the schedule and was able to get my sensor on my water heater replaced. Fast talker but he gave me so much information. A bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for!

Had a leaking central unit in my basement; it quickly went outside my comfort zone, so I’m glad I called when I did. Phenomenal service and education from Omer. He had a perfect mix of getting down to business and doing his work, and making sure I understood the ins-and-outs as he went along. He was very upfront about the state of my system, which definitely needed some TLC, and he was able to clearly demonstrate how and why. I could tell my AC unit was working better before he even left, and I’m genuinely breathing better after. Definitely using these guys again, and I appreciated the guidance in terms of what I should do to maintain my system between visits.

I had such a great experience! I reached out with questions about the old radiators in my home because we’re currently having new flooring installed. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he explained what I had, what my best option was, and actually recommended leaving everything alone and working around it. I really appreciate a business that takes the time to help someone and gives honest advice even when there’s no money involved. That says a lot about the type of person and business you’re dealing with. I will definitely keep O & W Heating and Cooling in mind when I need HVAC work in the future. I couldn't get the company who installed my tankless water heater to service the unit. I called O and W and Omer came the next day. The unit had a defective gasket and was leaking. Omer got us a new unit under warrenty from the manufacturer, not just a repair part. The install went great and he fixed some issues from the prior installer. I would hire him again hands down and plan to have him do the annual maintenance on the unit.

We had a new gas shut off valve for our stove installed.The installer was very personable and did the work quickly and at a reasonable price.

Had our AC unit fixed and cleaned. Omer also pointed out some other issues around our house and offered solutions. Omer took the time to educate me on caring for the HVAC. The company that installed my HVAC 7 years ago did not teach me anything about it so I had been mistreating it for years unknowingly.

We had our water heater replaced in July, and Omer did a great job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything along the way. He also pointed out a few other issues that we had no idea about and even offered to fix them right then and there, which we really appreciated. It's hard to find someone who's both honest and thorough, and Omer definitely was. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and we'll absolutely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
