Google reviewers rate O La La Cleaning Service 4.9 out of 5 stars, frequently praising the team's punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication regarding scheduling and pricing. Clients often highlight deep cleaning services, such as interior appliance and window cleaning, noting that the work is completed efficiently and professionally. However, a small number of one-star reviews criticize the company for damaging client property, including broken vacuums and unplugged sump pumps, and for denying responsibility for the resulting repairs.

I had my home cleaned professionally for the first time yesterday by two amazing women. I thought I know what clean was, but I didn't until yesterday.
They were so thorough. The attention to detail was more than I could've imagined. They were pleasant and actually cleaned a ceiling fan that had not been cleaned in a very long time. I am grateful that my home is so much more pleasant now I will definitely be counting on them to be back.
Thank you so much!

We booked O La La Cleaning Service as a gift for our friend because she really wanted a professional cleaning. After moving into a new apartment and taking care of a baby, it was not easy to keep everything clean and organized. The team did a great job! They were on time, friendly, and cleaned everything very well. Apartment looked spotless and smelled so fresh. Our friend was so happy with the result, and it made her life much easier. We highly recommend this cleaning service. Thank you for making this gift so special!
