My son had a car emergency and he called Columbia O'Reilly to request the oil and parts he needed to get the car going again. This was late at night 8:30 and the staff (Coby and Melia) boxed everything up and had it ready for me to grab on the fly. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much - made a stressful break down less stressful.

Went in to buy some window washer fluid. I was checked quickly. While I was getting ready to fill the holder for the fluid. One of the employees came out and asked me if I needed any help. I had asked for a funnel. He brought it out to me and said if you dont mind I can do that for you.<br>What better service could I asked for. Thank you so much in taking time out to help me .
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The overall atmosphere was negative, and the employee assisting me—an elderly man with white hair—appeared annoyed, making it feel like my presence was an inconvenience. I chose not to spend my money here and went to the O’Reilly in Waterloo instead, where I received much better service. I would hesitate to return to this location.

Called to inquire about a car battery, young man named Jae was super helpful, patient and personable. Went over options with me and said “come on in and we will take good care of you”. Went on in and again, he was fantastic and clearly knew what he was doing in not only finding the best battery to suit my needs without pressure of upselling, he had it installed super quickly and I was back on the road !
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Fair prices. I will continue to be a customer.
