UPDATE..O2 is too expensive for the service and not worth it compared to other gyms. I am closing my membership!

One of the best options for a gym in Winston‑Salem. Great selection of new equipment. It’s always clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Their child care is a great option if you have children, and their physical therapists are fantastic. They also have a very knowledgeable personal training staff who are always available to help with any questions you may have. The sauna and locker rooms are always well‑kept and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or visiting!
