Great experience working with Oak City Moving. The guys handled my belongings with care and were friendly and respectful.
First time using a moving company and I'm glad I chose the folks at Oak City Moving. Will, Derrick and Wyatt were professionals from the start. They covered all the sensitive items and even covered the path to protect the walls and doors. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call again. Thanks guys!!
Movers were awesome! Fast, great attitudes, and were easy to talk to. We moved from Raleigh to Wake Forest and would definitely recommend Oak City Moving and will use them again!

Whole team went above and beyond. Truly unexpected these days.
These guys were amazing! They took care of both our belongings and our home. They were friendly and worked well together which made the whole process less stressful. Moving is not fun but this was a great experience!
I requested that the owner or supervisor call me directly about our move, but did not receive a call. We were overcharged for number of hours by one hour and 45 minutes. Some of our belongings were damaged. I almost had a physical confrontation with one of the movers. This particular mover showed up about 45 minutes…
Our moving team was great. Professional and efficient. The company did request to reschedule our move from the original 8am-9am arrival to a 11am-12pm arrival with less than 24hr notice. $50 was taken off our total, which is the maximum compensation that will be provided for a rescheduling. I would hire this team…
Q, Zavondre, Elijaiah, and Jazz were great to work with. All of our furniture was meticulously wrapped and protected, as well as, doors, floors and railing of the homes. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move. The move took longer than expected and a few lampshades were damaged in the move, but we…
This crew was amazing!!! Friendly, hard workers and made sure everything was where it needed to be. Thank you!

Efficient and Hard Working!
The process of booking with Oak City was great. Things got challenging when I needed to add more to my move with the worry that the truck they provided on the estimate wasn't going to fit all our belongings. I was reassured everything will fit. Unfortunately, not everything fit and after 6.5 hours I needed up…
