We had to move my sister from Oak Ridge Senior this past month to a new facility. Tina Treuthardt, property manager, could not have been more professional and helpful with our family during this difficult transition. Oak Ridge residents are clearly in "good hands!"

I never thought l would be fortunate enough to find a home that wasn't too small or too expensive. My daughters helped me find this heavenly apartment home, and l couldn't be happier. Beautiful amenities, amazing on site management and easy to access handi maintenance man
Residents very welcoming and friendly. Many group activities available.

I visited Oak Ridge with my brother to help him find a senior apartment living situation. The building is beautiful with great amenities and well appointed units. However, the best thing about the building has been the manager Tina. Tina has been amazing with her help and guidance through the process of securing an apartment. She has been so professional, kind, attentive to his needs and very prompt with all the information needed. From the beginning of our search she was the most responsive of any of the properties we were looking at. Many managers never returned calls at all. I'm looking forward to visiting with her when I go to see my brother and I know she will help him feel at home in his new place. Five plus stars for her!

My stepmother lives there and said the rent has gone way up. She works first shift and is never around and likes her apartment inspite of the problems in the place. She hardly nos the manager whos door is always closed but it doesn't matter because the building is run by a teem of tenants who report to her and she depends on them to run the place. They don't like people who aren't like them and If they don't like her they will blackball her and make her life hell. Mum says they don't like lots of people and it can be a bad place to live if they don't like you so she stays away from them and her home. I wish mum would move to a better place but she can't afford to.

When I thought about applying to live here, I was very wary about putting myself in the hands of someone I did not know. I had done that twice before with very scary incidents. But my daughter suggested I give it a try. The day I came to look at the apartment, I asked a lady in the entry way if she liked living here and she said, "i love it". That was all I needed. I filled out the paperwork and I can now say, "I love it"! But the biggest part of "loving it "is our property manager. She genuinely cares about each and every person here. She celebrates each and every one of our birthdays every month with a Birthday party complete with Birthday cake, ice cream and balloons, This year she designed a beautiful craft room with many different supplies provided. She asked an artist to come one day to help us "artists" get started, The room was overflowing with interested people. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and loving concern for others are rare qualities she shares with us. She is honest and fair when rules are broken and she treats people impartially and justly. I have trust in her "because she takes care of problems and doesn't brush them under the rug. She is truly a gift and I hope she will never leave us. People our age need to be treated with respect, kindness and dignity and she gives us all of that and more. Thank you so much, Tina!!!

Thank you Jesus my lease was up and I was able to get out. Terrible manager who played favorites. I hardly knew the manager because she was always spending time with the misfits who lived here and took over the building. Always shopping for clothes on Nordstrome and tick tock and wouldn't listen when I tried to complain about a problem. Their is a loud group that makes noise and lets the dogs run lose, dog pee an do do in the elevator, packages get stolen a lot and the party room is hogged by Tinas favorites. This place is out of control because she has made it a clubhouse for misfits and I am glad I could get out.

Great place for my senior Mom to live out her last years. Office manager Tina is kind and responds quickly to inquiries and requests.

This is a great location for my mom. Tina, the manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help my mom with the paperwork needed to renew her lease which helps me so much.
We moved in just last week. The manager, Tina, was exceptional. She helped at every step of the application process and was unfailingly cheerful and professional. The place is lovely - they try to anticipate needs and work to build a community among the residents. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
