Oaktree Home Inspections & Sewer Scopes holds a perfect 5.0 rating from 387 reviews, with customers frequently citing the thoroughness, professionalism, and clear communication of inspectors who explain findings in accessible terms. Reviewers note that the company provides detailed, easy-to-read reports promptly and often identifies issues missed by other inspectors, while also offering flexible scheduling for real estate transactions. Michael was professional, thorough, and knowledgable. He took time and care in assessing the condo. Michael clearly communicated his findings in terms that were easy for a layperson to understand. Our experience and his service was topnotch! I highly recommend Michael and Oaktree Home Inspections!
We could not be HAPPIER with our home inspector Cody!! We were amazed at his knowledge and expertise in all things home, especially electrical. He took his time with us, stopped half way through the inspection to give us an update, and was so very patient with our many questions and concerns. He crawled and inspected spaces that were not even on our radar, and he went beyond the call of inspection duty! And did I mention how very smart he is. And his kindness and generosity with his time and knowledge was immeasurable. We were so very please with him and his company. If you need a home inspection, we highly recommend Cody and Oaktree Home Inspections. Truly the kindest and the best!!!!

Thorough, professional, friendly.
Míchel was professional friendly and measured. He is thorough and helped us navigate the key areas to focus on and was clear on the best way to fix them. We wanted peace of mind as a seller that our home would meet our buyers expectations and he was a calm reasoned guide through that process.
