Been going here for about 2 years. The usually do great work, but this wasn’t one of those times. The person who cut her didn’t take responsibility. They tried to blame my dog for it. Saying she’s had those bald spots always which isn’t true. My dog couldn’t sleep for a week. I had to ask for a refund as they didn’t offer one, they told me I could go back and someone else could take care of her cut, but I just don’t feel saying bringing my dog over after this happened and responsibly isn’t taken immediately. These cuts are so deep, the notice when they cut her and didn’t do anything. They actually told me she was a little difficult this to cut this time. I’m assuming it’s because they hurt her. She’s an older dog and should be taken better care of. I just don’t feel safe brining my dog here again. The owner was nice to apologize and follow up a week later to see how she was doing. But the pain my dog is going through doesn’t justify the apology. I’m sure they will do good work moving toward. I just can’t risk my dogs safety.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I prepaid for my dog’s grooming appointment well in advance, but when I arrived to pick up my dog, the staff acted like I hadn’t paid at all. They refused to release my dog until I could “prove” I had already paid — even though I had the receipt and confirmation. The way they treated me was completely unacceptable. Not only was I spoken to disrespectfully, but the entire situation caused me significant stress and triggered my combat-related PTSD. The lack of compassion or professionalism was shocking. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they’ve paid early and followed all the rules. I will never return to this company and strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with their pets or their peace of mind. This is not my first bad experience at Oasis spa grooming. Every single time I came in I was treated with disrespect and the employees would say things in the back negatively about the customer/their animals. I am a fully disabled combat veteran on a fixed income and this place will overcharge you unless you pre-book with them. I was not only overcharged by $10 today. I also had to let them know. I will call the police if they don’t release my dog and give me back my refund since I prepaid for two sessions. I hope that this establishment does better when it comes to people with severe mental health issues and also they hire some better trained employees with good customer service skills. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone and I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

We love Oasis! Pet groomers! My father takes his beloved little Bella, a Yorkshire terrier there religiously! They do a fabulous job and are very gentle and careful with her and she loves going there! She always looks beautiful when she comes home and we won't go anywhere else! Thank you, Oasis pet groomers!

We've been bringing our dogs here for grooming, etc, and this place rocks! Beverly, the owner and the girls that work there, take such pride on their work that you feel welcomed immediately. They have treats to welcome the furry clients as well. They are very helpful, careful, and caring, and that gives us great peace of mind, knowing that our furry babies are in great hands. Their prices are extremely competitive, and once you experience the level of service and satisfaction they offer, you feel obligated to leave a good tip. Tip or not, they love what they do, and we are so thankful to have found them. This is our 4th visit, and they have now, clients for life. Kudos to all the team, and I wish them success 🙌

They were very nice to me and my dog. They handled him with care and shared alot of love. I appreciated how well my dog was during his time with them.

They are always Awesome with our dog Cleo! I used to call same day and ask if they had room to fit her in. 99% of the time, they took her in that morning. I now make appointments for Cleo. They have always had her ready when we needed her by. Cleo is always so soft, nails cut, and smelling great! And we always love the bandanas they put on her!

This dog groomer is a gem! They did an outstanding job grooming my dog, and the flea bath worked wonders. My pup is not only clean but also free from those pesky fleas. Kudos to the skilled and caring team – highly recommended! He won’t stop smiling after his bath! :)

I recently had my dog groomed at Oasis Pet Spa & Grooming salon, and I'm pleased with the service. The staff was attentive, the facility was clean, and they did a great job with the grooming. My furry friend came out looking and smelling fresh. Overall, a positive experience. 🤍
