I would highly recommend OC Home Inspection. I needed an inspection scheduled as soon as possible, and they were able to accommodate me quickly. Their response time was excellent, the inspection was thorough and professional, and I received the report within a day. I tried calling, but got a voicemail, but they responded quickly with texts as well. Great follow up.
I also compared several companies and found OC Home Inspection to offer the best value. They were honest, transparent, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're glad we could accommodate your schedule and make the process easy for you. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation!
Brian was on-time and was very thorough with the inspection. He went over the report with my wife and I after the inspection and made sure we understood everything that he went through. Overall, I'm super satisfy with his work and would definitely get more houses inspected by him.
Brian was very thorough and professional. His report was very detailed and he even explained every single little item he found in the inspection. Highly recommend!

Thank you for letting me know you thought it was detailed!
Brian, the inspector from Orange County Home Inspect, was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He answered all our questions and explained what was an issue and was not for the property we are buying. His report was complete with photos and comments about areas of concern or not to code. We are confident in his assessment and recommend him and his company.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
Services: Sewer line scope, Pre-listing inspections
