If there were more than 5 stars, I would award them to OC Window Experts! From the first contact with Mitch, who measured and answered all my questions to the wonderful crew of Ray, Eric, Danny, and Willie, who arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally to install the windows and made sure that…
Had a great experience with OCWE, starting with the Admin side (Mike, Meghan and kait) were very responsive& cordial, I received other quotes from different companies and theirs was the best one even against inferior products, they also provided support while I was getting the approval from the HOA. The construction…
We had such a great experience with OCWE from start to finish! Mike, Meghan, and Kait were wonderful to work with, and Mitch was extremely helpful during the quoting and pre-installation process. Everyone was responsive, professional, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The installation crew, Ray,…
I had a great experience with **OC Window Experts** from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and very professional, and they were an overall great company to work with. My installers, **Eddie and Danny**, did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and took great…
OC Window Experts are first class. We contracted them to change two sliders and two windows. Kait saved us a ton of money and Ray and Willie installed everything perfectly. They were fast, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone.
They wre a referral from a friend. After getting many quotes, I decided to use this company. From the time I spoke to Mike, the owner, to the final installation done by Eddie and William, I could not be happier!! Knowlable, efficient, and great price for my new windows and sliding glass door! Thank you so much, I love looking at my new windows.
The team at OCWE (Kait, Mike) was great to work with. From the initial quote, to the pre-installation planning, to the actual job, they were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The on-site crew (Ray, Willie and Eric) took care to cover my floors during install, worked around my cat, and cleaned up…
Mike and the entire team were outstanding! They made it so easy and they worked so clean and completed the project in one full day.. Every employee we encountered was terrific!! Windows look great and work well. Great company!
We shopped around with a number of different vendors. Based on how well Mike communicated and followed up with us, we decided to go with OC Window Experts, and we're so happy we did. Our experience with Mike and his team was excellent from the initial meeting with Mike at his office, to Mitch taking measurements,…
Everything was great! The owners are kind and a pleasure to work with. Doors arrived sooner than expected and were installed in less than a day.
Great to work with from asking for a quote, getting the quote, scheduling the install, and, of course, the final product. Mike was wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable and patient. Mitch then came out and measured. The office staff were extremely sweet and kept me posted and answered all my questions.…
This is my second time using OC Window Experts, and they are absolutely fantastic! I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Mitch Ray and Eric were exceptional—professional and top-notch! Thanks again, guys!
I should’ve called OC windows first. But I’m really happy to have found their business. They installed my 10 foot patio front door slider with zero issues. I could not be happier.
OC Window experts did a great job with my window replacements, made it very easy. Mike the owner was quick with communicating, Kait and Meghan in the office made payment and scheduling a breeze, George came out once for estimate and measurements, all others made that a two visit process. Installation team JC,…
We had 31 windows replaced. They replaced them all in 2 days. Very good communication. Very happy with our new windows. My only suggestion would be for the windows to be cleaned better when finished.
very efficient and professional installation jc, willie, ray, and eric went above and beyond especially on day two when the santa anas hit adapted to the situation and eased our concerns the whole time would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace windows
OC Window Experts is so amazing and I am going to give it a 5 star rating. It was wonderful to work with Kait and Mike to set up window instalations. Even though I live in Colorado, I will encourage everyone I know to work with Orange County Window Experts. My tenant said that you were so pleasant on the phone and…
Service was thorough
Oh my, what a wonderful company! While we received quotes from other companies, those visits made us feel like prisoners in our own home. Serious dog and pony shows. But we got such a great education from Mike (the owner) during our estimate visit to the showroom in HB. With his guidance we selected windows, sliding…
Highly recommend OC Window Experts! We shopped around and they provided the best pricing out of four quotes for our Milgard Tuscany windows and patio door. The process was seamless from start to finish. Mitch (measurement), Mike and Meghan (owners), and Kait (office support) were all wonderful to work with. Our…
