We had such a great experience with OCWE from start to finish! Mike, Meghan, and Kait were wonderful to work with, and Mitch was extremely helpful during the quoting and pre-installation process. Everyone was responsive, professional, and always quick to answer any questions we had. The installation crew, Ray,…

We shopped around with a number of different vendors. Based on how well Mike communicated and followed up with us, we decided to go with OC Window Experts, and we're so happy we did. Our experience with Mike and his team was excellent from the initial meeting with Mike at his office, to Mitch taking measurements,…

Oh my, what a wonderful company! While we received quotes from other companies, those visits made us feel like prisoners in our own home. Serious dog and pony shows. But we got such a great education from Mike (the owner) during our estimate visit to the showroom in HB. With his guidance we selected windows, sliding…

We chose them as had gotten two other quotes for the same windows that were quite a bit higher, plus Mike La First was incredibly patient with me as I tried to make decisions on whether to pull a city permit (we did), get window grids…

We wanted to live with them for a while, just in case anything occurred, and to gain an appreciation of how efficient etc they were. From the very first conversation with Mike…
