They showed up with a truck that was breaking down, denied to my face that it was breaking down despite the obvious fact that it wouldn’t start and was spewing smoke. They then got stuck in mud for 30 mins, their truck then spewing black smoke, which stained the road. When they finally got out, they left claiming to be getting a different truck and then never returned or answered texts or calls. If they couldn’t do the job, all they had to do was communicate that. Instead, they put my sister and I, who were dealing with the property of our recently deceased father, in a really rough situation. Clearly they aren’t truthful and misrepresent what services they can offer.
