Penny is a sweet dog but had issues when meeting other dogs, either on a walk or at a dog park. She would bark aggressively and was extremely hard to control. It was difficult and embarrassing to deal with. We finally decided to change this fate and utilized Mark with Off Leash K9 Training. He took the time to meet with us, thoroughly understand our situation, and develop an efficient plan to resolve her behavioral issues. During her training, we received detailed daily summaries of Penny’s progress, and Mark was always available to answer our questions. She is home now, and she behaves perfectly on a leash, so we can walk her and take her anywhere we want without fear of incidents with other dogs. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training to others.

Absolute game changer! We sent our 10-month-old Presa Canario/Cane Corso mix to Mark Piatt for a 2-week board and train program, and we couldn't be happier with her progress. Being so young and a mastiff mix, she is full of puppy energy and extremely stubborn. Before training, she absolutely would not listen unless we had treats in our hands. We just got her back, and she is so well-mannered and following instructions incredibly well. We are already out testing her skills at every dog-friendly place we come across! The most amazing part is that we never had her off-leash before, but now she is completely off-leash and listening perfectly. While she was away, we missed her dearly, but Mark made the process so easy. He communicated with us daily, sending progress reports and videos. It was always clear that she was having a blast, getting tons of love, and thriving in a structured environment. Mark always answered all of our questions and concerns right away. If you are looking for a trainer who delivers real results and truly cares about your dog, we cannot recommend Mark enough!!!

Had a flawless experience with a Off Leash. From the get go, everything was so professional and organized. Allison made sure we understood exactly what was going to be covered by the training package we opted for. Geoff and Casey were the best trainers anyone could ask for. They sent detailed updates, pictures and comprehensive update videos daily for the entire 10 days we had our pup boarded and trained. They were incredibly knowledgeable and very kind to us and our pup. The training as taken to our pup very well even with short training period. 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The process was super smooth and while we did not get an entirely changed dog we did get a more behaved and manageable one. Our labradoodle is a big bundle of energy and wants into everything. Christine did great with his training and although he still scopes every environment he is in he minds his commands. Still needs a few reminds at time

I haven’t seen so much of a difference in my dog; Mark did an amazing job at training my Belgian Malinois. The difference was amazingly noticeable the second I saw him again. They do an amazing job at training and I would highly recommend anyone looking to see/make a difference with their dog to go with them!

We contacted this company after seeing all the positive reviews. I was quickly contacted with information about how the training works and inquiring what issues I had for my dog. I was matched with Mark who owns the company. I was pleased with all of the constant communication we received daily with progress with max and how quickly he learned and progressed with his training. Once our dog arrived back home where the real work starts ( owners need to continue this work) we quickly realized what a different dog we had. We were so impressed when we got our puppy back from Mark at Off Leash K9 Training! She was always a good pup but when we saw her after her 2 week board and train, she had such good manners, could stay in place while we’re working around the house, she listened to us and could walk on the leash without pulling, and we were able to have her off leash with solid recall. This was the biggest piece for us since we want to take her hiking with us. Mark was so helpful before, during, and after the training! He checked up on us the first couple weeks we got her back to make sure we weren’t having any issues and helped talk us through how to fix a few more things. We have a solid way to communicate with our pup now and it was 100% worth the cost of the program.

We had such a great experience with Off Leash K9 Training, especially working with Mark! Our dog Darla has always been pretty anxious, and it was starting to affect a lot of our day-to-day life. Mark was super patient and really took the time to understand her and what was triggering her anxiety. What we appreciated most is that he didn’t just work with Darla, he worked with us too. He showed us simple, practical ways to help her feel more comfortable and confident, and it actually worked.
