I’ve been taking drum lessons here for the past 6 months or so and honestly the whole experience has been great. The drum lessons themselves are awesome, and I’m glad I was able to find a drum teacher I click with, but the customer service has been outstanding. They’re super responsive and have been very accommodating of my requests.

We had the worst time trying to rent an instrument. There was so much back and forth and then we finally got a time set up to pick up the instrument but the manager didn't show up to meet us!
The teacher was good with my kid and my kid liked him but he has canceled almost half of the lessons. The whole thing has been such a pain.

My daughter took voice lessons with Pascale and had a delightful experience. The staff is very communicative via text and jumped through quite a few hoops to make a special request possible. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for sharing this 🎶 — it means a lot to hear how much progress you've made! Kelsey will be glad to know her teaching has helped you unlock parts of your voice you didn't know were there ✨. That moment of finally reaching a song you thought was out of range is exactly why we love what we do 🙌.
Thank you for trusting us with your musical journey as an adult learner, and for the kind recommendation. We're so glad to have you as part of our musical community! 💙

Thank you so much, Alex! Elizabeth has a real gift for keeping kids engaged and excited to practice, and we'll be sure she sees this. We put a lot of care into making the studio feel like an inspiring music space with lots of history on the walls, so it means a lot that you noticed. Thanks for being part of Off the Wall!

I started violin lessons here as an adult learner (33 y/o) and have learned a great deal from Amanda Fujikawa! She has been encouraging and adaptable, moving quickly though things I was able to understand and slowing down for pieces I had difficulty with. The lessons were never "easy" nor excessively difficult: by introducing new pieces, techniques, or theories; or focusing on parts where my playing could be improved; Amanda kept a steady mix of learning and reinforcement.
Communication with the main office is pretty responsive as well. The online portal was easy to use, and texting the number seems to go to a real person; a rarity these days!
I had to suspend my lessons due to fiscal circumstances outside of the school, but I really want to get back to them. In the meantime, what I learned in the seven months has been enough for me to find pieces online and play them, which has been very satisfying!
Would recommend this school!

Hi Seth,
Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review! 🌟
We’re incredibly proud of how Amanda tailored her lessons to your exact pace—it’s amazing that you're already playing pieces on your own after just seven months! We completely understand the pause and will be right here whenever you're ready to jump back in.
Happy practicing in the meantime! 🎻🎶

David is energetic, easy to talk to, and clearly professional at drum instruction. I haven’t met all the other staff but I am confident they are as supportive.
A big thanks to Chris for making this school possible. When I accidentally booked the wrong time slot, the school still found a way to get me into an available room to practice.
This is the first studio I found for drum practice, and honestly, no plan to go anywhere else. I’ve heard they also offer free lessons, which is a perfect starting point for anyone looking to begin their musical journey. Highly recommend!

Off the Wall School of Music is awesome. They gave us a free keyboard to help us get started, which was really generous. A friend of mine takes lessons there and loves it.
