Bad customer service 😑!My wife is a 61 year old petite women . She bought a box of paper. Had trouble loading it to her jeep. I was at work .However, since she has always figured things out, she ended up tearing up the box and loading each rim of paper to her vehicle.

I had invitations printed out and was clueless about how well the images would print on the various cardstock options. KORINNA took the time to ensure I was happy. The store became busy and she not only handled an extremely rude lady with grace, she printed a variety of samples, played with sizing and was able to give me the best possible quality as if I were the only customer.

Had a serious issue with my phone jumping from one screen to another. Ryan stepped up, took the time to find the product I needed; worked on getting my phone in working condition. It put him to the test and he passed with flying colors. There were so many issues, but he patiencely worked with a great attitude. SO APPRECIATED!
