I had a last-minute furniture-moving request involving four of our school sites, and OMX was able to accommodate us with no problem at all. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and easy to coordinate. The moving team was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. They handled several large and heavy pieces of equipment and made the work look effortless. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently, and the team maintained a positive attitude and a smile throughout the entire process. I really appreciated OMX’s flexibility, especially given the short notice and the logistics of coordinating moves across multiple school locations. They made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. I will absolutely use OMX again whenever we need to move furniture or equipment between our various schools. Highly recommended!

The OMX crew was incredible. Our move (20,000 SF of office furniture) was fairly complex because we were trashing furniture, moving some furniture to two different destinations, and also moving furniture into storage. The crew worked so hard to get everything done. John, Bernard, and Kevin were really rockstars. And, or course, Neal Sweeney is the best account manager ever - he jumped through so many hoops to get our last minute move coordinated with no issues. My organization used Office Movers Express for a recent, local office move. Ours was not a large move and I appreciated the attention to detail. The move was slightly complicated by our need to have materials picked up from two different offices to move to one, new office and that was not a problem. Neal and Mary Anne were very easy to work with and the communication just ahead of the move helped to ensure we were all on the same page. The team executing the move was fantastic and extraordinarily helpful in setting up our furniture just as we needed it to be. The cost was very reasonable. I initially sought three different quotes for the move and while Office Movers Express was not the least expensive, the presentation of the proposal and plans, to me, illustrated a plan that was right for us at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use Office Movers Express again and I highly recommend them!

Update May 2026: We used OMX for yet another move and they were very professional and able to get the job done under tight deadlines. Neal and his teams were utmost professionals and highly proficient in their craft. They were able to “Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome” on countless occasions throughout the process and constant gov’t “change to the changes”. They were a huge reason we were able to cut the time in half for pack-up, load-out, and delivery due to their mission-set mindset, initiative, and drive/determination to support us. Would seek this company out as our preferred vendor in the future for all that they demonstrated in a very fluid operating environment. December 2025: Very impressed with OMX and their ability to flex in a very dynamic operating environment, ability to move from quote to execution, and the professional service they provide. • They were used on two short fuse/time compressed requirements with operations tied to a Facility Sunset (removal of items for re-use, recycle, trash and for movement of furniture and equipment to Corporate and two separate locations in Chantilly). • Personnel were professional, courteous, swift and handled transfer of items to other locations with care. • Company was all about customer service and worked within normal business hours and outside of normal business hours to get mission accomplished based upon limited windows of time we had to work within. • Personnel were able to likewise “improvise, adapt, and overcome” on transfer of times to multiple locations when challenges were experienced with Building Engineer at Corporate and were prevented from using loading dock. They were delayed in executing delivery due to lack of loading dock access and quickly pivoted to new plan when our Program Manager pushed to that location and blocked traffic on the main road to off-load and take all items through main lobby and up elevators to the 7th floor. • Personnel maintained a positive attitude and were willing to work with us to get tasks accomplished. • OMX worked with us on costing to fit within our limited budget and absolutely moved quickly on quotes, contract, and transition into execution under very compressed timelines, to include working through multiple building managers for access to facilities. • We would seek this company out for any future requirements of a similar nature, and we would highly recommend to other businesses / corporations for disposal, as well as movement / transfer of furniture, equipment (some of which needed to be handled with care, such as TVs, rolling TVs, monitors, etc.). • The crew had a mission-focused, flexible approach and “let’s get it done” mentality that was required when time was of the essence and pressure was mounting. They are a group that we would call again in the future of on-time/on-target support.

I'm a building and grounds manager of a church. We had a big intraoffice move to coordinate. It involved large pieces of office furniture and equipment moving between three different floors and included the removal of unwanted furniture of some size. From the estimate visit to the actual site execution, Office Movers were professional from beginning to end. Communication was clear, and the onsite crew were led by experienced moving men. They brought all the necessary equipment, dollies, pads/blankets, even things I didn't expect. Some furniture, like youth room foosball table for instance, needed to be taken apart a bit to fit through a door, but the crew deftly removed the pieces required and reassembled the piece in the new location and it was better than it had been. I have used other movers and I found Office Movers to be the best experience I have had. I will definitely use them in the future.

We recently worked with OMX for our facility move, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. No matter what came up—and with a move of this size, there’s always something—they handled it quickly and professionally. Their communication was clear, their attitudes were positive, and they made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The mover team itself was just as impressive. They were punctual, respectful of our equipment and space, and worked with a level of care and coordination that really stood out.
