Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrival, thorough cleanup, and detailed communication regarding repair processes. Reviews highlight competitive pricing compared to competitors and the provision of written warranties, while noting the crew's professionalism and honesty in assessments. However, lower-rated feedback cites concerns about warranty exclusions, disputes over repair effectiveness, and occasional unprofessional interactions during initial estimates or customer service calls.

Wonderful honest people! I had been given a quote by another company called Ram Jack for $11,000 in piers which Oklahoma Foundation Solutions said I didn’t even need. I’m so grateful for their honesty because they saved us quite a bit of money! I will definitely be calling them if I ever suspect any foundation issues.
