Reviewers frequently praise the clinic's friendly staff, punctual appointments, and transparent pricing for services like routine checkups, chronic illness management, and surgery. However, lower-rated feedback highlights recurring issues with poor communication, including unreturned phone calls and perceived dismissiveness or unprofessionalism during exams with difficult or anxious pets.

Our Yorkie was lethargic and just not himself. Stopped by this morning and was evaluated and provided some medication. Your little guys has been going here over the past 7 years and so pleased either the care provided.
Super nice doctor Martinez it's amazing
They are THE best vet you can take your pet to!! When my family lost my grandma's dog they were so kind and helpful though the whole process. My dog has also been dealing with a chronic illness for about a year and I've never had to worry that they weren't taking me seriously, or not telling me everything, or that they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg after. (If you want to deal with that go to banfield they suck!) I have so much respect for how they run there business and how they treat the animals and DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!
Today I called worried because my puppy was not feeling well, I was very concerned and I was able to see Dr. Martínez right away. The staff and everyone were amazing. I’m very thankful for you all.
The woman on the phone was extremely friendly. She was also kind and helpful.
They are the kindest Vet I have ever been too. From the staff up to Dr. Martinez they are amazing! Always take my calls with my diabetic dog. Would recommend 100%
Dr. Martinez is one of the few truly exceptional veterinarians left in the area. He takes the time to listen carefully to concerns and always puts the well-being of the dogs ahead of profit. Even if you have to commute, he’s absolutely worth the trip if you genuinely care about your pet’s health. The staff is friendly, responsive, and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend—go ahead and book your pet’s next appointment! 🐾🐶✨
This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. I’ve had pets my entire life and this group is by far the kindest, most thorough, and most patient practice I’ve ever seen. Thank you for asking care of my babies.❤️
Morgen, We truly appreciate the warm feedback--we strive for compassionate and comprehensive care, and to know that we've hit the mark is the greatest reward. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind remark. :)
Both times our puppy wasn't feeling well and refusing to eat it felt as if the Dr. was inconvenienced by our visit and dismissive. When he instructed us to call back with an update, we did so and never heard back. Went to another nearby clinic and the Dr. was much more friendly and even playful with the pup. Long story short, our pup is now eating normally and back to his fun and energetic self in just one day! Staff is very friendly though.
I first went here because they were accommodating with my dog during COVID. It’s a small outfit but the service is very personable. I saw Dr. Martinez who was cool as can be in assisting my nervous dog with her checkup. They don’t push products on you or use scare tactics which I really appreciate in a business. They provided options and said it’s up to me to see what works for our dog. I’ve since gotten another dog and have enjoyed this vet. I highly recommend them.
