Customers frequently praise Olga Home Cleaning for thorough, detailed work, punctuality, and professional communication that leaves homes spotless. Positive feedback highlights reasonable pricing for deep cleans and the crew's attention to specific requests. However, lower-rated reviews cite issues with scheduling difficulties, high hourly costs, and instances where services were incomplete or items were damaged, indicating inconsistent quality control.

Disappointing experience overall. The service was overpriced for the level of cleaning provided.
We had to move furniture, lightweight hallway rugs, and bathroom mats ourselves and put everything back afterward. Even basic tasks like vacuuming under sofa cushions were initially considered extras. Furniture was lightly dusted rather than properly wiped, and cleaning a small sofa in a bedroom we had already cleaned ourselves was declined.
There was also constant back-and-forth about what was included, with additional charges discussed for basic tasks like changing bedsheets.
I've had much better experiences with other cleaning services at significantly lower prices, without having to be involved throughout the process.
I expected a thorough, professional, and hassle-free cleaning service. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost.
Tamara has been a wonderful addition to our office family,
She is kind, caring, and always shows up with a smile on her face. She is very thorough, takes her time, and always leaves our office spaces neat, clean, and smelling great!
I would recommend her to anyone!
Thanks Tamara!!
Karina and Alfira were great! I had an initial cleaning on a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house. Price is very reasonable! They were very professional, polite and thorough. They paid attention to detail and confirmed what I wanted them to clean during the cleaning process. They even wiped spots off the walls. I am very pleased with the service. I definitely recommend this company for cleaning. I will be scheduling a quarterly deep cleaning.
Extremely thorough beyond expectations. Highly recommend. Olga Home is professional in every way. Marina does an excellent job every time.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
