Customers frequently praise Olin Plumbing for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough explanations of repairs, noting that technicians often provide maintenance tips and leave work areas clean. Services range from pipe replacements and toilet installations to garbage disposal fixes and emergency leak detection. While most reviews highlight fair pricing and professional conduct, a small number of low-star comments criticize excessive charges for simple tasks or unresolved issues, with some customers reporting difficulty obtaining accurate estimates or invoices.

I received excellent service from Anthony and Anthony today!! They were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Also very kind! They fixed my shower perfectly. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing. Thank you!! Lori Kilczewski
Jesus was thorough and replace the broken pipe under my sink, flushed my hot water heater, went to each sink and the bathtub and cleared or replace aerator insides. He educated me on plumbing issues to watch for. I am satisfied with his work. Olin does not have a single complaint on bbb.org. I used AI to find a plumber with no negative reviews and Olin was it.

Had Olin come out to replace 4 toilets and a vanity. Jesus and Mario arrived right on time, were professional and did an amazing job. Cost is right on par with any plumbing company around and highly recommend them. Thank you Jesus and Mario!

The charge is very excessive, I WILL NOT DO business with this company again.
Thank you for your kindness to our team and for the pizza, you get five stars from us! We’re sorry you were disappointed with the cost. As explained upfront, the repair was billed for time and materials. Extensive oak tree roots required three hours of work to repair the leak. We had two team members there to complete the repair faster, but only charged for one. We stand behind our work and our pricing.
I had a great experience with Odin Plumbing thanks to Jesus! He arrived on time on 10/13/26 and did an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal. He was friendly and professional while working efficiently and keeping the area clean. He also took the time to explain how everything worked and shared some helpful tips that made the whole process easy to understand. He tested the new disposal before finishing to make sure everything was working properly. The pricing was fair and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
