Olive Massage and Spa NYC
Olive Massage and Spa NYC at a glance
Google reviewers rate Olive Massage and Spa highly for professional staff, clean facilities, and effective Swedish, Thai, and prenatal treatments. Many clients appreciate the relaxing atmosphere near Bryant Park and the ability to accommodate same-day requests or groups. However, lower-star reviews cite significant issues with booking communication, including failed ClassPass reservations, last-minute cancellations without apology, and unresponsive customer service. Some customers also noted that specific services did not meet expectations for the price point or that post-massage follow-up was lacking.

WOW I’ve lived in nyc for 10 years and always gettting massages and looking for the best one. Not even kidding this is the best. My husband discovered since it’s close to his work in Bryant park and kept telling me to go. Finally went and OMG it truly is the best.
