I hired Omar Ochoa Law Firm to handle a case with my Homeowners Insurance company. Throughout the process, they had an extremely difficult time with communication, were very vague when I was able to speak with someone, and whenever I called, it seemed as though I was an inconvenience. They had me on an app and told me that where I could check for updates, which I felt was perfect. Periodically, I would check the app, and it was not updated after the first 30 days or so. I went back in one time to check it, and it was describing "my" auto accident, which I have not been in an accident in 20+ years. Omar Ochoa was hired by me to handle my HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! I would send emails and never get a response, until after I finally got someone on the phone and let them know my angst with their firm. This past Friday, I received a call from a paralegal who mistook my deep voice and my regular speaking tone as "yelling". When I told her I wanted a meeting with Omar Ochoa HIMSELF, as I had never once heard from him, she HUNG UP ON ME! Today, I received an email from that same paralegal with a letter attached from Omar Ochoa stating that they are removing themselves from my case and I do not owe them anything and that I am free to find another attorney without them having financial interest in the case. BOTTOME LINE: UNRPOFESSIONAL, CAUSED A SERIOUS DELAY IN MY CASE, AND I DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEM! HORRIBLE LAW FIRM, IN MY OPINION! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!

Omar Ochoa has not communicated with me if asked his mcallen office several times to get an appointment to speak with Mr Omar Ochoa in person it's been since around September or October of 2025 and we're in August 2026 Mr Ochoa hasn't contacted me or gotten a appointment and his lawyers that work at his..... lawfirm don't communicate with me never returning my calls ignore me they haven't provided all my evidence to my house insurance they are no good don't recommend Omar Ochoa Lawyer in mcallen nor Edinburgh tx. To nobody .there not good .......
