I have been working with TNS/Omega Systems for nearly five years, and I can honestly say that they have always been helpful and have provided good service. I have never previously left a comment or rating regarding the service I received, but today I felt it was necessary because of the remarkable support, communication, and knowledge provided by Spencer A.
Spencer was very patient, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. He helped me understand how to access and operate something I was not familiar with, and he resolved an issue that I had been trying to fix for several months. Several TNS/Omega support staff had attempted to assist me before, but Spencer was able to resolve it very quickly and efficiently.
His professionalism, patience, and ability to solve the issue are the reasons I wanted to take the time to leave this comment today. I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided.

I work from home and my company uses Omega as their helpdesk provider. It has been an awesome experience -there is no problem they haven't been able to help me resolve, After requesting help, and speaking to their techs - I know I am in great expert hands.
It has been such a great experience being a client to their helpdesk.
