This was my first experience with a professional pest service. It was a great experience from start to finish. The lady that answered my call and set up my appointment for the very next day was kind and very helpful. Cole came out to treat the house and also look at a tree that I was worried had carpenter ants or termites. Cole was professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the treatments and did a great job. The owner, Billy, even stopped by to take a look at the tree. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their monthly or quarterly services.

Daniel was very nice and professional about how messy my place was which was much appreciated. Communicating with OMNI was easy (text message), and their response time was far superior to other pest companies in the area. Their estimate to get rid of 80% of the population on the first spray was accurate. It was a little disconcerting to still see so many live roaches after the extermination but they were upfront about that from the beginning, and it’s a huge improvement. Cost was $275 for a small 1 bedroom house. Not sure how that compares market wise but I hope the follow up appointment is cheaper and just as, if not more, thorough!

Thank you, Kelsey! We're glad to hear that Daniel provided you with professional service and that you found our communication easy and responsive. It's great to know you noticed a significant improvement after the first treatment. As we continue to provide services that activity level will continue to decrease. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to ensuring your follow-up appointment is just as thorough!

Moved into our house in Dec 2025 but before that while staying with my parents they used Omni Pest & they have always been so great. They show up when they say & let you know when they’ll soon arrive. Cole M. Has been a regular tech that has come out for us (we do quarterly service for mosquito & ticks plus spot checks in the house - we live in a wooded area) & he is always punctual and easy to talk to about concerns. The spray itself doesn’t smell so since I work from home & have this done during the day I’m not breathing in nasty fumes all day. All in all, 5 stars!
