After dealing with many issues with our bathroom, we decided to take the plunge and do a complete remodel with ON Design and Remodel. From start to finish, the team, led by Project Manager Sofia, was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was a major plus. We received regular updates throughout the project, which made it much easier to know what was happening and what to expect next. The crew was also very courteous, respectful, and efficient, and the quality of the finished bathroom turned out great. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The remodel completely transformed the space, and we’re very happy with the results!

Raz and the ON Design & Remodeling team built out our second bakery in Fremont and made the whole thing easy. Communication was great from start to finish. Permitting took ages on our end and they stuck with us the entire time, helped us navigate the city and county, and took care of the things that would have been a headache otherwise. We cannot recommend ON Design & Remodeling highly enough, specifically our outstanding project manager, Raz Bezerano, and his team, including Sergio, Ronnie, and a few others. From the very beginning of our research phase, ON stood out. I had reached out to several other contractors, but they were by far the most responsive, professional, and detail-oriented right out of the gate. We hired ON for an interior remodel, which involved splitting a large room into two separate rooms and relocating our laundry setup downstairs. While the project did take a little longer than initially anticipated, we still finished completely within our latest deadline. Given the scope of moving plumbing/utilities for the laundry room and framing new walls, the extra time was well worth the flawless execution. Because Raz was so incredibly organized, we never felt left in the dark about the schedule. My partner and I recently completed a major home renovation and after interviewing 9 different construction companies across the Bay Area, we decided to move forward with Ilay and the team — and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, Ilay stood out because of how quickly he responded, how knowledgeable he was, and how reasonable and transparent the pricing felt compared to others we spoke with. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible the team was with the way we wanted to manage the project. We wanted to source and supply many of our own materials, and they were completely accommodating and collaborative throughout the process. Our original timeline was January through May, but the project was actually completed in April, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The team showed up every single day and kept things moving at an impressive pace without sacrificing quality. Ilay was incredibly communicative throughout the entire renovation. Even during stressful moments when we were pressed on timing, he constantly kept us updated and reassured us that everything was on track. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an outstanding experience working with On Design & Remodeling on a major home renovation, and we truly can’t recommend them enough. Our original project included converting a backyard deck into a beautiful, enclosed office connected to our master bedroom, a kitchen update, and full remodels of two bathrooms. From the start, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. The quotes were competitive, any change orders we requested were reasonable, and we were never hit with unexpected "gotcha" costs, which allowed us to manage the remodel budget effectively. We also want to give a special thank you to the design team. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process by providing thoughtful feedback, making great suggestions, and even accompanying us to design showrooms to help select materials. Their guidance made a huge difference in bringing everything together in a way that felt both cohesive and personalized. What really set On Design apart, though, was their care for our day-to-day living situation. We were living in the home during construction (and expecting our first child), and the entire team was incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the process. They carefully planned the project around which spaces we needed access to and when, making what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable. Because of how great the experience was, we even expanded the project mid-way to include enclosing and insulating the garage, adding a ceiling, and reworking a wall to create a much more functional laundry closet. The quality and communication stayed top-notch throughout. One moment that really stuck with us—Martin (crewmember) even wished us well as we were heading to the hospital for the birth of our baby! We chose ON Design for our Master bed and bath remodeling project, after getting estimates and feed back from previous clients on them and few other remodeling firms. Raz was our point man from the get go and I cant say enough good things about how accommodative and helpful he was throughout the project. He and his On-team helped us get the plans and permits. They worked with us to get all the fixtures and finished material. His construction team helped us move furniture to get the space ready. He even planned out the most disruptive or noise making work to get done when we were on a short vacation.Their construction team with Vincente and Martin was easy to work with and they would respond to changes we requested diligently. We are so glad we chose On Design and are thrilled with how our bedroom and bathroom remodel turned out. We are very pleased with On Design remodeling. They remodeled two of our bathrooms after we had a major water leak. Sofia was our project manager. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She gave us wonderful advice for remodeling and helped us choose all the materials we needed. She went several times with us to shops to help us get materials. And she stopped by every day to check on the work being done. Her working team including Vincent along with all his workers were amazing.
