Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and reliable service for lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation repairs. Many reviewers note that the owner is responsive and willing to accommodate urgent or holiday requests. One recurring criticism involves a dispute over work quality and an alleged threat, though the majority of feedback remains positive regarding professional execution and attention to detail.

Donny is my go to for house and yard. Always prompt and reliable, does a fantastic job.
Thank you for the kind words, we will see you as soon as the weather cooperates!
If you want unprofessionals that tear up your yard, this is your company. The owner will literally try to fight you for pointing his terrible work. Use at your own risk. You are a liar. I did not threaten one of your employees. I pointed out your sub par work and you actually threatened me. The HOA president confirmed that I did not threaten your employee. She was present the entire time.
Dave Kline threatened one of my employees and he stood his ground, which I am proud of. The president of the condo association called and apologized for his behavior. The man is delusional and a loose cannon, legal charges were filed against him for assault.
5/5 Stars. I highly recommend this company! They are always on time, professional, and do an amazing job. My yard has never looked better or cleaner. If you want a reliable crew that takes pride in their work, look no further!
I had a malfunction with my Rachio system installed by another irrigation company. This company was not able to address the situation quickly so I got on Google and found On Point Outdoor. I spoke with the owner, Donny, and he was extremely helpful, and willing to come out in the morning on the 4th of July holiday to fix it! That says so much about On Point and the dedication and service of the owner and company. I highly recommend this company!
