With the recent rise in home break-ins and invasions, I decided it was time to invest in a home security system. I did my research and chose On-Site Security based on their positive reviews and reputation. I am so glad I did!
The installation process was smooth and easy. The technicians who installed my system were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They also made sure that the system and the app were properly configured for our needs.
I am most impressed with the 24/7 monitoring service they offered. With the live monitoring, a team of trained professionals is watching our home 24/7. If they for any reason detect suspicious activity, they will immediately contact myself and my local PD.
I feel much safer in my home now and the panel looks really nice. We plan on calling James and his team back to help and automate our lights & shades after the holiday season.
I highly recommend On-Site Security to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable security system!

On-Site Security came out to my home in Marlboro yesterday to install an alarm system. They were clean, professional, and on time. The owner followed up with a call after the fact to see how the installation went and if there are any other questions I had, We definitely recommend using On-Site as they know how to treat their customers

Sheila and James were extremely responsive and were there to respond to any concern I had with my new home theater installation. James is very knowledgeable and was also able to give me the proper direction and guidance. Sometimes I feared I was being overly burdensome with my questions but he always assured me he was happy to help in any way. The crew that actually installed was so professional, thorough and clean. They did an amazing job, worked very fast and left everything clean when they were done. Cannot recommend on- site security, enough! Will definitely be using them again And referring to all of my friends/ family.

Installed whole house ethernet Cabling. They programmed the ubiquiti wireless access point and now it's like that they cannot figure out how to program the controller to my computer. I cannot change the passwords of wifi and can do nothing without them. And no matter how many times you email them or call them no answer. I am now stuck with a 1200 equipment with no service. And it was their suggestion to go with it.Make sure of things you want before proceeding
06/01/2021: ok Just had a word with james. . Coming over tomorrow to fix this. This is the kind of service that you would expect. Will edit the review once done. Thank you James.
06/02/2021: so James came by early morning to fix the issue. The issue has been fixed and there was follow-up also from their office as well on the same.
Please with the service. I wish I did not have to go into the hassle of writing the reviews and then getting some attention. But all is well. Hopefully they'll respond in timely manner. Got some more work so will give them the call first.
