We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with On the Move Entertainment, especially their incredible band, Souled Out, for our wedding! So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding band they had ever heard, and we couldn't agree more! From start to finish, Jennifer and Ilana were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive as we planned the music for every part of our wedding, from the ceremony and cocktail reception to dinner, dancing, and our after-party. Julia, the band leader of Souled Out, was phenomenal, and the caliber of the musicians and vocalists was truly exceptional. They perfectly captured the atmosphere we envisioned for every portion of the evening, seamlessly transitioning between different moods and keeping the energy going all night long. Our guests had an amazing time, and the dance floor was packed! We are also beyond appreciative of how quickly and professionally Julia and the team handled an unexpected hiccup during our first dance when a guest accidentally tripped over a cord. They immediately worked to remedy the situation so we could redo our first dance and have the special moment we had envisioned. Their professionalism and quick thinking meant so much to us. The entire On the Move team was an absolute joy to work with, and the entertainment far exceeded our expectations. We will happily recommend On the Move and Souled Out to any friends, family, or colleagues looking for exceptional entertainment for weddings or other special events. Synergy was EPICCCC... we received a dozen calls raving about the wedding. Everyone in attendance said they hadn't been to a party that rowdy in ages. AMAZING to work with and DJ Luna is our favorite EVER!!!!!

I am so happy I came across this DJ. Justin was extremely communicative from the get go. Bad Bunny cabezón and the shot cart was a hit. Everyone had an amazing time at my daughter’s Sweet 16. The monogram was beautiful. There was a Photo Booth but I unfortunately was not able to take a picture because I was busy running around. The cloud effect during the father/daughter, mom/daughter dance was beautiful. I 100%recommended On The Move Entertainment!

Music has always been one of the most important parts of my life, so choosing the right band for our wedding was a huge deal for me. After interviewing close to 20 wedding bands, I landed on On The Move Entertainment, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding. We worked with Darren, Ilana, and Jermaine as our band leader, and every step of the process was seamless. They were organized, kind, communicative, and incredibly flexible with our budget and requests. The professionalism leading up to the day gave me complete peace of mind—and then the performance itself blew us (and everyone else) away. We had The Collective, and they were absolutely insane in the best way possible — unbelievable voices, nonstop energy, and an ability to keep the dance floor packed from start to finish. Our guests are still talking about them weeks later, with so many people saying they were the best band they’ve ever heard at a wedding -- and I would agree. The vibes were immaculate all day, and On The Move brought everything together perfectly. We can’t thank Darren, Ilana, Jermaine, and the entire team enough for making our day unforgettable. Honestly, we’re already trying to plan another event just to have an excuse to work with them again!

Everyone kept asking us who the band was at our wedding because they were so amazing and every single guest had the time of their lives on the dance floor! We loved all of the songs that played and both the band and DJ were insanely talented. We have seen a lot of wedding bands over the years and none of them even come close. We loved how the DJ really knew how to play the kind of niche dance music that we love while still making it approachable for all of the guests too.

We Can’t thank SouledOut enough for their spectacular work at our wedding. The band rocked the house all late afternoon and night. Plus, the singer singing Broadway songs and the violinist performing as guests entered Tribeca Rooftop also did an excellent job. We heard volumes of compliments on the music at the wedding. We appreciated all the care you took to learn our wedding dance three songs including the flash mob part of it. It all came together masterfully thanks to your excellent work. It was a tedious challenge and you all were a pleasure to work with… You also did such a great job with playing our favorite songs including new Summer hits. During the final extra half hour, we were blown away by the guitar and saxophone solos. And your colleague belting out Clarity was memorable too. Among many other songs too. Would love to see Souled Out perform live again. It was seeing a top tier performance

We just had Souled Out at our wedding and they were AMAZING. So much fun, people were up and dancing all night. They really catered the music to what people were enjoying and sounded amazing. They were so easy to work with and very responsive. We also loved getting to see them perform at a cabaret event in the city prior to our wedding to help get us even more excited. I cannot recommend them highly enough - truly helped make our wedding an unforgettable experience.
