Angel, the courier, picked up promptly at the time that I had requested, went over all aspects of the delivery, including options on how to handle the package if the recipient was not home to accept the package. Apo and the entire On Time Messenger Service team were amazing! They helped me pick up and drop off everything I needed for my conference — all in the same day. I needed help picking up an item I left at a place about 100 miles away from where I live. I have a busy schedule and was even more pressed because I am traveling this weekend. My experience here was extremely positive. I started by using their Quick Quote option, and it really was quick! I got an email quote within half an hour, and a call from Apo to share details, answer any of my questions, and confirm pickup time and date. I didn't need pickup same-day, but they were prepared for it. I requested a pickup for the next day with Iris later that day, and shared instructions to confirm the pickup with me, which they accepted with no problem. The next day, my instructions were followed to the T, and I even received a phone call from the main office to confirm that I got the photos I needed. After I got my item, I got another phone call confirming dropoff and invoice receipt. I felt so much relief going through this process.
