UPDATE: We worked with On Trac a second time when our very old garage door had become too rickety to be reliable and we needed a new one. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Chris gave us 3 quotes, got the material ordered, and completed the job within approximately 3 weeks. Excellent work, fair price, and great communication. Highly recommend. Outstanding company. A spring broke on our garage door with the car inside the garage. We called On Trac, and Chris came out within 45 minutes. He went back to the office where he had some springs, and the whole job was completed in about 2 hours. Great work, great to work with, and fair price. Highly recommend.

Chris provided excellent advice on the style of doors that would best complement my home's architecture, and turned out perfect! The professional installation by Chris was top-tier. He quickly responded to text messages, kept me up to date when materials arrived, set up installation times that worked best for me, arrived on time, and worked entirely on his own. He installed new motors within days when mine were struck by lightning. A month later, he installed new garage doors. Cant say enough good things about our experience with Chris. He ordered replacement parts for the garage door at my moms and came out and installed parts.
