Had a bow window replaced by the One Community Construction team. They did an outstanding job, extremely pleased. They cleaned up several times during the work being done. Just a great experience. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
One community construction did excellent work! They installed 5 new windows for us. They were excellent communicators through the whole project, handled everything with the city for the permit, cleaned up after themselves, and disposed of our old windows. They installed our windows within just couple months of our initial bid.
Thank you so much, Alexis, for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with your window installation. Clear communication, quality workmanship, and leaving every job site clean are priorities for our team, so it's wonderful to know that showed throughout your project. We truly appreciate your trust in One Community Construction and hope you enjoy your new windows for many years to come. If there's ever anything else we can help with, we're just a call away!
Great communication from start to finish! Professional, clean and quick work! Definitely recommend these guys. All new windows, vinyl siding, and a new patio door look amazing
Cory, thank you so much for the kind words! We love hearing that everything came together beautifully — the new windows, vinyl siding, and patio door are a great combination for both curb appeal and energy efficiency. We appreciate you trusting One Community Construction with your home here in the Waterloo area, and we hope you enjoy it all for years to come!
Great communication, service, workmanship. They replaced 14 windows for me, all the old windows were removed and new ones in place, foamed and calked the first day. Then it only took 2 more days to finish all the wrapping on the outside. Will definitely contact them again for my next project.
Cheryl, wow — 14 windows is a serious project, and we're so glad everything went smoothly from day one! Getting the old windows out, the new ones in, foamed, caulked, and then wrapped in just a few days — that's the kind of efficient window replacement we're proud of. We really appreciate your trust and look forward to working with you on your next project!
Did a very nice job. Very respectful and kept everything clean.
Shanna, thank you for the kind review! Being respectful of your home and leaving things clean are standards we hold on every single job. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to work with you again!
Great company, very communicative and does good work at a good price. They replaced 12 windows for me with a very nice looking and working product.
Jonathan, thank you! Replacing 12 windows is a great investment in your home's comfort and efficiency, and we're glad you're happy with how they turned out. One Community Construction did an excellent job installing basement windows. Their commitment to excellence shows, with the installation being completed accurately and timely. The installed windows needed some adjustments from the manufacturer, and One Community identified the issue before installation was completed. They coordinated with the manufacturer to have the windows adjusted in place by the manufacturer's technician. Good communication, transparent and fair pricing, and locally made parts makes the experience with One Community stand out from others. I would highly recommend One Community Construction for anyone looking for window replacement.
Jacob, thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! The manufacturer adjustment was a curveball, but catching it early and getting it resolved the right way was the only option for us. Transparent communication and fair pricing on every basement window installation or full window replacement project is what we stand by. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation!

We appreciate the recommendation and hope you enjoy that deck for many years to come!

These guys were very personable and made their schedule work with mine. Very professional and did an excellent job at replacing three of our windows. Have three others that will need replacement down the road and these guys would be my first and only call when that day comes.
David, thank you for the kind words! We really appreciate you working around your schedule and making the window replacement process as smooth as possible. And we love that you would put us first in line when those other three windows are ready. Whenever that day comes, we will be here!
