Augustin came to fix the problem but my concern is never the workers as they always do an amazing job. My issue is the equipment is not worthy. I shouldn't be getting replacements parts and other things fixed every few months since the first year ive purchased these 2 units. Im disappointed with the equipment.

The technician came to my place. I explained him what I thought could be the problem related to the dumpers and he said that he needs to change both dumpers for $3000, which I did not accept. The "inspection" duration was 5 minutes and I paid $119. I called a second company which sent a technicoan who tested the whole system for 45 minutes. He found a different problemd and will chamge only one dumper which is damaged. My recommendation is to take the time needed to know what the issue is.
