Sebastian was great and a pleasure to talk to. We talked through everything and he was helpful figuring out a plan to install surge protector today, and next time see how capacitor is and replace that then if still having low measurement. Thanks for your support Sebastian!

Colbie was a life saver. Extremely pleasant and jovial and a pleasure to have in residence. Prompt and courteous and no upsell at all. Thanks a ton I really did not think I could get service in less than 10 hrs on such a brutal 114 degree day. Your company rocks.
Round 2 and again saved the day. Exactly what he said was going to fail failed and failed 18 hrs before a work flight for the coming week. Colbie to the rescue again. Thanks.

I don’t think I could have chosen a better AC company. They were prompt, professional and never tried to sell me anything’. The technician came, diagnosed the problem and gave me my options, even showed me pictures. He even pointed out a couple items that were showing wear but said I had time left before a parts change would be required. Awesome and my new go to company. Colbie was my tech, shout out to you!
As a followup, Sebastian completed a system check as part of my service contract. I couldn’t be more impressed by his knowledge and ability to explain suggested repairs. There was absolutely no pressured sales pitch. Keep up the great customer service!

Daphne came out and went through all of my units - 7 total - and made recommendations for future things to watch for. They are all 15 years old and a couple weren’t operating the way they were designed to. We discussed moving to new systems throughout the house and decided that was the most effective way to increase efficiency.
She was awesome and spoke language that the average person could relate to. No “sales job”, just a clear concise conversation about the state of my existing units versus upgrading to the latest and greatest that would take care of my cooling and heating needs.
I highly recommend using One Hour Air Conditioning and especially Daphne for any AC needs.

One Hour came out same day to diagnose air conditioner problem and was fixed within 1-2 hours. Appreciate the expertise and kindness from Jordan. Great costumer service and follow- up: I would definitely use this company again for heating or cooling needs.

Thank you for reaching out to us. While we understand that you were hoping to have your customer-supplied mini-split installed, we respectfully declined the request. We did not visit your home or perform any work; this review is based solely on our policy regarding customer-supplied equipment.
We understand that policy may be disappointing, but it exists because we stand behind the work we perform. When we install equipment, we source it through trusted manufacturers and suppliers so we can verify that the equipment is appropriate for the home, properly sized, supported by the manufacturer, and eligible for the warranties we provide.
With customer-supplied equipment, we cannot verify how it was purchased, transported or stored, whether it is properly sized for the home, or whether it may have a defect out of the box. If a problem develops after installation, replacement parts may also be unavailable or delayed. Even when the issue is unrelated to the installation itself, we know the homeowner would understandably look to the company whose name is attached to that installation for help.
For those reasons, we simply cannot put our name behind equipment we did not supply. This policy allows us to protect our customers and confidently stand behind the systems we install, including the warranties and ongoing support we promise.
We’re sorry we weren’t the right fit for this particular request, and we sincerely hope you find a contractor who is able to accommodate your customer-supplied equipment.
