Customers frequently cite rapid response times, professional conduct, and clear communication during emergency repairs and routine maintenance. However, several low-star reviews highlight concerns regarding pricing transparency, with customers reporting significant discrepancies between initial quotes and final invoices or feeling pressured to replace units that only required minor repairs.

Donnie Pedigo with One Way Air out of Tampa provided wonderful service! One Way Air was my AC company until yesterday. Had a tech diagnose my ac and told me I needed a new condenser fan motor and capacitor. $2,100 parts and labor. Seemed ridiculous to me. Had another company come out (won’t give their name so I can’t be accused of advertising them) and they told me I just needed a new capacitor. They had brought a new motor because I told them it needed one, so I had them install it anyway because it’s an old unit. They installed a new OEM motor, new capacitor and cleaned the coil for less than half what One Way Air quoted. If you Google “avg cost for new condenser fan motor and capacitor in Tampa, FL”, you’ll see just how ridiculous that quote was.
Had an emergency service call while I was states away! I NEEDED someone to come out because my pet sitter and dog and cats were working with a 85deg house! Donny came by at 10pm, diagnosed the problem and got it back up running fast! So thankful!
