Sarah, What a wonderful review! Thank you for recognizing the expertise, craftsmanship, and personal attention that go into caring for fine Area Rugs & Textiles. We're especially honored that you entrusted us with four unique rugs originating from different parts of Asia. As we know, no two handmade rugs are exactly alike. Their origins, weaving techniques, fibers, dyes, and construction all influence how they should be professionally cleaned and preserved. This is precisely why we believe fine Oriental and handmade rugs deserve the attention of dedicated rug specialists rather than a one-size-fits-all carpet cleaning approach. We're delighted that Juan took the time to carefully inspect, measure, and explain the cleaning process for each rug. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail represent the personalized, educational experience we strive to provide every client. For our Santa Fe clients, we offer the convenience of professional rug pickup and delivery, transporting their treasured textiles to our specialized Albuquerque rug-cleaning facility, where each piece receives an individually selected inspection and cleaning process for the best results. What makes your review especially meaningful is your recognition of the value behind proper rug care. It's about more than removing soil—it's about respecting the artistry, preserving the integrity of the textile, and helping these beautiful pieces remain part of your home for years to come. Sarah, thank you for choosing One World Rug Care and for allowing us to care for your remarkable collection. We're grateful to serve the Santa Fe and Albuquerque communities and look forward to being your trusted resource for fine rug cleaning and preservation for many years to come.
