2 stars because Amy was not the nicest, she greeted me with "what do you want?" When I walked in. The conversation after that was also pretty rude up until the very end when she was a little bit nicer. She was upset because I came in at 4:25pm and they close at 5:30pm. Stating that she needed to leave in 5 minutes...I'm sorry but that is not my fault and no reason to have coral with me. My paperwork took her about 11 minutes to complete.
Great experience Jamie was phenomenal and the other staff members definitely recommend there services

It was ez fast and simple to navigate through the application process and my loan specialist Melanie was so kind and easy to talk to. She made the process easy and was empathetic to my needs.
Last night at work I applied for a personal loan due to my significant other having to get a surgery that will put him out for about 15 weeks and needed some extra money to help financially. The ladies that were there on 02/22/23 in the morning were the absolute best, very straight forward and clear on the whole process and it was very fast! I received a check to deposited right on my mobile banking app for the loan and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service provided. These lady's I'm sure make some good money but they should make even more! Give these ladies a well deserved bonus!! Thank you!!

All the girls at One Main Financial are great. They all 3 took care of our needs and had it all done in one day. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Never even had to leave my home 😊! If you need. Little extra i would give them a try. You wont regret it.
