We recently had Onkar Builders convert our garage into an ADU and had a really good experience. Like any construction project, there were a few things that needed adjusting along the way, but they were responsive and took care of them. They helped with the plans, permits, and construction, which made the process much easier for us. Specially the owner Bill is such a nice and supportive person. The finished space came out really nice and feels like an actual home, not a converted garage. Happy with the work and would recommend them for house or kitchen remodelling and ADU development.
I had a really good experience working with Onkar Builders in Modesto. The team was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated throughout the project. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was done properly instead of rushing through the work.
Whenever we had questions or wanted to make a small change, they were responsive and worked with us to find the best solution. The project turned out great and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. They worked excellent for our kitchen I would definitely recommend Onkar Builders to anyone looking for a reliable contractor in the Modesto area.

We are very happy with Onkar builders! They did an amazing job with the build up from our house being flooded. They were very reliable and responsive, they were so consistent that they were even finished before our expected date of completion! I highly recommend them with any construction needs
Onkar Builders restored my kitchen after major water damage to floor and cabinets. They diligently worked with the mitigator and insurance company to insure that my kitchen was restored. The staff from Onkar were professional, courteous and listened when I had questions or concerns. They addressed problems as they arose. My new kitchen far exceeded my expectations. It is functional and beautiful. I would recommend Onkar Builders if you remodel or need a restoration.
