Horrible customer service, took our money and we didn't receive the services. Termite stations were neglected throughout the contract. Reached out too manager Robert, who defended the techs actions. Even though we had no record on our security cameras of them being in our yard, and bait stations not functioning properly. We had to cancel, they even abandoned the stations. And we had to take out a new service contract with Terminex. Beware of OPC, make sure to hold them accountable every time they say they did something! Even after my review this company still talks out the side of their face. There techs did not maintain the stations, all lies. In the beginning they even gave printouts of what was serviced and the condition of each bait station. Smoke and mirrors is all you will get, my opinion stay far away from OPC. We did contact OPC and they don't stand behind there product or name, too late to come out we had to hire another company to replace the stations OPC neglected!

Danny always does a great job inspecting the exterior of my house. He refills the two boxes. When he came last week he told me during telephone conversation, there was a hole in ground under bay window where possibly rats were getting into the basement. Since he told me this I used small pebbles/stones to block any critters from getting into the basement.
