Optimal HVAC has been providing outstanding seasonal checks on our furnace and air conditioning systems for at least 10 years. They are good people, running a family-run business in our neighborhood, that provide outstanding service, beginning with the call from Hailey twice a year to schedule our routine checks. They text us when they're on their way, and arrive on time. Today Austin visited and went right to work checking the heating system to make sure it is ready for wintertime. Very pleasant, very thorough, explained everything well, even advice on how to set the thermostat when we're away on vacation. We have had consistently outstanding service from this team!
